Ms. Padma, Inspector of Police is at UN PeaceKeeping Mission in South Sudan
Ms. Padma , Inspector of Police, Hyderabad City , Telangana State has recently posted on training at South Sudan for a period of one year. It is very inspiring for many of the officers in the country to have the opportunity to work in a foreign country , learn and exchange good practices in policing. Ms.Padma was selected as Sub-Inspector of Police in 2004 and got promoted to the post of Inspector in 2014. As part of Department of Peace Operations by UN , which is a unique and dynamic instrument to create conditions for lasting peace. The UN peace keeping missions are held in many countries like Bosnia, Kosova, Haiti, Cyprus and south Sudan. While her stay in New Delhi for official formalities, she spoke that " It is a unique privilege for any officer to work with a foreign country for a long period.
