The Telangana State Tribal artists have performed Gussadi dance and enthralled the audience in the premises of Red Fort at Bharat Parv 2020 organised by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The performance was witnesses by Dr. Gaurav Uppal, IAS, Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi. The performance included traditional instrumental music and later with Gussadi dance of the artists wearing typical attire carrying rokala, with bright clours smeared on body and a hat made of peacock feathers. Another performance of Kommu Koya  which mean Horn Tribe dance is enjoyed by the public with the vibrant beats of the drum and play of the fight between two horns.  The show also had two videos played on the screen showcasing the rich culture, festivals, tourist places and the various dynasties of Telangana State. Later the Commissioner has visited Theme pavilion, Handlooms and handicrafts, food  stalls of Telangana. Sri T. Harish Rao, Hon' Minister for Finance has called on Sri Nand Kishore Singh, Chairman, Finance Commission of India today in his office. The Hon'ble Minister has given a representation on behalf of Hon'ble Chief Minister of Telangana State to the Chairman. Sri Rama Krishna Rao, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department and Dr. Gaurav Uppal, IAS, Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi were present at the meeting. 

Sri Vedantam Giri, Additional Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan has inaugurated Telangana stalls in 5th Bharat Parv 2020 today. After inauguration, he has interacted with the officers and staff in the stalls. The Telangana State has participated in 5th Bharat Parv 2020 organised by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India held in the premises of Red Fort, New Delhi from 26th to 31st of January, 2020. The state's participation in the Bharat Parv through 3stalls, Tourism theme pavilion, Handicrafts stall by Golconda Handicrafts, Handlooms stall from TSCO and food stall from a member of MEPMA, Telangana. The exhibits focused on the tourism places, Handlooms weaved from the state, Handicrafts of artisans and food items. Artists from Telangana will perform folk and tribal dance on 30th. The Tableaux of Telangana state is also showcased in the premises which attracted large number of visitors.

On the occasion of 71st Republic Day Celebrations, the Telangana Tableau has moved on Rajpath projecting the culture and festivals celebrated in the state.
