Gussadi performance enthralled at Bharat Parv 2020







The Telangana State Tribal artists have performed Gussadi dance and enthralled the audience in the premises of Red Fort at Bharat Parv 2020 organised by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The performance was witnesses by Dr. Gaurav Uppal, IAS, Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi. The performance included traditional instrumental music and later with Gussadi dance of the artists wearing typical attire carrying rokala, with bright clours smeared on body and a hat made of peacock feathers. Another performance of Kommu Koya  which mean Horn Tribe dance is enjoyed by the public with the vibrant beats of the drum and play of the fight between two horns. 
The show also had two videos played on the screen showcasing the rich culture, festivals, tourist places and the various dynasties of Telangana State. Later the Commissioner has visited Theme pavilion, Handlooms and handicrafts, food  stalls of Telangana.
Sri N. Venkateshwar Rao, Joint Director, Information and Public Relations Department was also present.
