G-files Award for IAS and IPS from Telangana

The 7th Governance Awards presentation in three categories constituted by G files is organised at the Civil Services Institute , Vinay Marg, New Delhi today. Sri Nitin GadKari, Hon' Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India and Shipping Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the chief guest of the programme and presented the awards for the recipients. 
Sri C V. Anand, IPS, Inspector General, Central Industrial Security Force has received Exceptional Contribution Award of G Files for distinguished Police Service and revolutionary reforms in Public Distribution System in Telangana State. 
Sri Ronald Rose, IAS, District Collector and Magistrate, Mahabubnagar, Telangana has received Excellent Contribution Award of G Files for his passionate and dedicated work in the fields of rural livelihoods, Poverty alleviation and Urban affairs. 

The G files award is an annual award presented to Civil Servants at the national level in India for extraordinary achievements in governance. This award is constituted by G Files magazine, a national magazine on bureaucracy and governance. Winners are selected by an independent jury comprising former senior bureaucrats and without the intervention of the government.
