He has accepted the green challenge from Sri Adar Sinha, IAS, Special Chief Secretary to Government . Dr. Uppal has thrown the challenge to Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, Collector, Wanaparthy and to Additional Resident Commissioner, Telangana Bhavan. After the plantation he spoke to media and said that the flagship programme taken by the State Government has increased the green cover in the state and we all are working towards achieving the target of 33% green cover.
